As part of the ongoing regeneration of Aldershot town centre, demolition experts Rye Group have been awarded the contract to safely demolish the Galleries and Arcade shopping centres.
Following planning permission in September 2022, demolition works of the existing buildings will be undertaken safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to local residents and businesses, as the Galleries centre adjoins a number of residential and commercial properties.
The redevelopment project, led by Shaviram Group, will deliver 596 new one and two bedroom flats, flexible commercial and business space, an improved public car park and new public spaces.
