Leo Docherty MP has released his latest e-Bulletin, in which he reflects on a busy month in both the Aldershot constituency and Parliament.
Looking back on the month, Leo said:
This month marked 52 years since the atrocious IRA bombing at the HQ 16th Parachute Brigade Officers' Mess, which claimed the lives of seven in 1972. We will continue to remember and honour those we have lost.
"Recent weeks have seen some really positive developments in our area, including millions of pounds announced for repairing and resurfacing roads in Hampshire, Aldershot's Union Yard development has come another step closer to completion, and new powers have been granted to pharmacists to treat people more quickly and free up GP appointments.
"In addition to my work representing Aldershot in Parliament, I have also responded on behalf of the Government in Westminster Hall debates, as well as updating the House on the death of the Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny."
