With Local Elections around the corner, residents across Rushmoor Borough Council and Hart District Council will have the opportunity to vote for who they feel best represents their views.
Leo Docherty MP has been backing the Aldershot and North Hampshire Conservative Association candidates across the constituency, with candidates standing in all 13 wards in Rushmoor, and Blackwater & Hawley ward (which comes under Hart), and was out supporting local candidates Gareth Lyon and Mary Brown, speaking with residents about the 14 Action Point Plan for Rushmoor Borough Council.
Please remember, on election day, May 4th, you will need to bring an acceptable form of ID to vote in person at a polling station. Information and guidance on this can be found here.
Commenting, Leo said:
"I joined our fantastic Rushmoor Conservatives candidates to speak with residents in Wellington and West Heath to support Mary Hartley and Gareth Lyons in the upcoming local elections for Rushmoor Borough Council.
"Each candidate has signed up to the 14 Action Point Plan, pledging to improve all aspects of life here in Rushmoor. From better preservation of our green spaces, to getting more Police out and about in our town centres, their plan is all about making Rushmoor an even better place to live."
