Leo visited the Union Yard development site in Aldershot, ahead of its scheduled completion in the summer.
Commenting on the site, Leo said:
It was fantastic to visit the Union Yard site and see first-hand the incredible progress being made ahead of the sites scheduled completion later this year.
"It was great to see that the Government funding, which I helped to secure in 2018, is making this exciting project a reality!"
