This Fryday is National Fish and Chip Day, marking one of Britain's favourite iconic dishes and the contribution that this industry makes to society.
There are over 10,000 fish and chips shops across the country, generating over £1 billion in revenue annually for the economy.
Commenting, Leo Docherty MP said:
"As part of National Fish & Chip Day this #Fryday, my constituency team popped in for lunch at Big Fry on Lynchford Road, North Camp. We have some great fish and chip shops locally, from Oh My Cod in Aldershot, to Mart's Fish & Chip Shop in Cove, Farnborough. What's your favourite local chippy?"
