Today, Leo has received an important update from the Ministry of Defence on the rollout of super-fast broadband to Armed Forces families on the Aldershot Garrison.
One of my priorities as the MP representing the Home of the British Army is to see fast and reliable broadband rolled out to all SFA across the Garrison.
Commenting, Leo said:
It was fantastic to receive a reply from James Cartlidge MP, confirming the broadband rollout is steaming ahead with some families on the Garrison already able to sign up!
"This news will be hugely welcome to families across the Garrison who, for too long, have had to put up with unreliable and slow Internet connections.
"As a veteran myself, I am acutely aware of the vital importance of families being able to stay in touch - especially when on deployment. This progress will mean the world of difference to families across the Garrison."
